What the Journal Provides Free of Charge

At no cost to authors, the journal provides peer-review management, copyediting and typesetting, DOI registration, permanent digital archiving, indexing-related activities, and hosting of each article as immediate, full open access under a CC BY 4.0 licence (see Open Access Policy).

Independence of Editorial Decisions

Because no fees are charged, financial considerations play no part in editorial decisions. Manuscripts are accepted or rejected solely on the basis of their scholarly quality, originality, and relevance to the journal's scope.
